Travis graduated from Ricks College with an Associate of Science and the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Finance. Travis holds his FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations. Travis holds professional designations, including the prestigious Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designations. As an AIF® designee, Travis has the expertise to help ensure the investment wealth management process is managed to an appropriate fiduciary standard. Providing dynamic planning and custom strategy with pre-retirees and retirees is an area of real expertise for Travis. As an RICP®, Travis is trained as a specialist in income distribution and decumulation strategy, social security strategy and legacy planning with clients who are transitioning into and currently retired. As a sought-after speaker, Travis has spoken to many groups and taught numerous seminars. Travis has also taught an MBA course at Westminster College on personal finance.
Travis and his wife, Mollie, live in Holladay, Utah with their children. Travis and Mollie are devoted to their family, community, faith and service. Travis is involved with many charitable endeavors, including serving on the Planned Gifts Committee at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Additionally, Travis and Mollie host an annual holiday fundraiser for the Road Home Shelter of Salt Lake City. Through the years, Travis has volunteered his time extensively as a coach of many super-league sports teams for the Olympus Titans. Travis enjoys college and professional sports, golfing, reading and spending vacation time anywhere the weather is warm and a beach is nearby.
Connor Nordgren is a dedicated Financial Services Associate who graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning in May 2024. During his time at Utah Valley, Connor worked at the Money Success Center, an on-campus resource where he helped fellow students learn how to budget, manage student loans, and develop healthy financial habits. He also distinguished himself as a member of a case study team that advanced to the collegiate national championship for financial planning.
Connor has obtained the FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses, and throughout his time at UVU, he prepared for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) examination, which he successfully passed in March 2024. He is now diligently working towards fulfilling the required hours to earn this prestigious designation.
