For over 20 years Jared has helped his clients successfully navigate complex financial issues in their personal and business lives so that they can progress toward their goals and objectives in the most efficient manner.
He joined Sterling Financial Group full-time in 1999 after graduating from Utah State University with a BS majoring in Finance and Management and minoring in Economics. In 2005, he earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and holds FINRA series 6, 7, 24, and 66 securities registrations. Problem solving and helping his clients implement correct financial principles in their lives continues to motivate Jared in his endeavors.
Jared and his wife Janica enjoy living in Midway, Utah where they keep busy withtheirfamily (Hailey and Weston, Cameron, Sydney, Maci, Chance and River the dog) and running their family business River Bottoms Ranch.
Jared enjoys snowmobiling and skiing with his family in the winter, fly-fishing, and mountain biking in the summer, and hunting in the fall. When he’s not busy helping his clients, he can be found fly-fishing on a beautiful river or coaching his youngest son’s lacrosse team.
Over a decade ago Sean found his passion for financial planning and investment management when he started in the finance industry while still pursuing his degree at the University of Pittsburgh.
Since then, he has honed his skills by earning his FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations. Shortly after, he progressed his talents even further by obtaining his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation, distinguishing him from his peers as a planner, not just an investment manager.
By incorporating planning into his practice, Sean has been able to hone in on what is truly important to his clients and create a road map to help them succeed in reaching their goals. In order to give great advice, Sean believes it is crucial to understand not only their future, but their past and present.
Sean has a drive to serve and a willingness to always help. As a student of Finance and Economics, he is capable of creating and implementing complex financial strategies, but finds the most reward in
educating his clients so that they can fully understand their own financial worlds.
Sean was born in central Pennsylvania and relocated to the Salt Lake City area in 2021. He is an avid rock climber, skier, and a general outdoors-enthusiast. Sean currently lives in Sandy with his dog Mia.
